Benefits Associate

The HR Benefits Associate is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant review and processing of employee loan applications in accordance with internal policies, guidelines, and service standards.

Responsibilities:

Loan Processing and Administration

• Reviews and evaluates employee loan applications (e.g., salary, car, housing, medical, emergency, and other company‑sponsored loans).
• Verifies supporting documents, endorsements, and approvals required for loan processing.
• Ensures accurate encoding and updating of loan information in HR and payroll-related systems.
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, clarifications, and escalations related to loan applications.
• Monitors loan turnaround times and ensure transactions are completed within published service level agreements.
