Benefits Lead

About the Role 
As the Benefits Lead, you will play a foundational role in building, administering, and continuously improving Veho's benefits programs in Colombia while supporting broader U.S. and global benefits operations. You will serve as Veho's in-country expert on Colombian statutory benefits, health plans, leave requirements, and supplemental offerings. In parallel, In parallel, you will support U.S. benefits administration, ensuring accurate enrollments, integrations, vendor coordination, compliance adherence, and a seamless employee experience across plan lifecycles. This role is both strategic and hands-on; owning day-to-day benefits administration, supporting employee experience and education, leading Open Enrollment planning, and ensuring full compliance across leave of absence and accommodation programs.
