We are seeking an experienced and strategic Benefits Manager to support the design, administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of our employee benefits programs in the United States. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day benefits administration while helping to ensure our programs are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with employee needs and business objectives. Reporting to the VP, US Benefits, the Benefits Manager serves as a key internal subject matter expert and works closely with Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Payroll, HRIS, external vendors, consultants, and auditors.
