Logitech is hiring a Benefits Operations Specialist to manage the operations and administration of benefits programs for the US.
The key responsibilities will include:
**Benefits Administration Support (80%):**
+ Manage day-to-day benefits administration for employee benefits, including health & welfare, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and other applicable programs
+ Serve as the first point of escalation for People Operations for employee benefits inquiries and processes for AMR and global benefits programs, delivering expert guidance on plan options, coverage details, compliance, and claims processes
