Benefits SpecialistJob Requirements*We are looking for a Global / U.S. Benefits Sr Associate to oversee the end-to-endadministration, governance, compliance, vendor management, analytics, andemployee support for employee benefits programs. This role ensures accuratebenefits delivery, regulatory compliance, effective vendor partnerships, seamlesssystem integrations, and high-quality employee experience across U.S. and globalpopulations.The role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, vendors, brokers, AskHR,and Communications teams to manage both strategic and operational aspects ofbenefits.KeyResponsibilities*Benefits Strategy & Governance- Define and maintain benefits philosophy, guiding principles, andstrategy aligned with total rewards and business objectives- Design and govern benefits, wellness, retirement, and leave programs forU.S. and global populations- Create, manage, and update benefits policies and plan documentationVendor & Broker Management- Lead selection, RFP...
