Benefits Specialist

The Benefits Senior Analyst will support the UK & Europe Head of Compensation and Benefits in supporting the region (UK, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland). Candidate will also partner with Global Rewards Team on IH Benefits.

As a Benefits senior analyst your role requires the ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders both internal and external, across a complex and dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

+ Get a deep understanding of each country current benefits package and stay alert of market practices. Conduct reviews to current benefits package as needed based on those findings.
+ Understand local regulations linked to benefits for UK & Europe.
+ Coordinate interaction with external providers to decide changes in the current benefits, introduction of new benefits, etc. Manage cost analysis as needed to present change proposals.
