Overview
The Benefits Specialist will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefit programs, including health, wellness, and allowances reimbursements. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure compliance with regulations while providing support and guidance to employees regarding their benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs (HMO, allowances, government mandated benefits, etc)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries about benefits and eligibility.
- Maintain accurate records of employee benefit enrollments and changes.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations pertaining to employee benefits.
- Assist in the development and communication of employee benefits education materials.
