Benefits Specialist

Position Summary

The Benefits Specialist (PhilHealth) is responsible for managing and processing patients' PhilHealth benefit claims and related documentation to ensure compliance with government regulations and the hospital's standards. This role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all PhilHealth transactions for both inpatient and outpatient services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in PhilHealth processing in a hospital setting.
• Knowledgeable in PhilHealth regulations, case rates, and benefit claim processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and hospital information systems.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication ability.
