Drive Operational Discipline Within Enterprise Benefits Infrastructure Be part of our client's team as a Benefits Specialist , where you will manage benefit plan setup, audits, and reporting across HRIS and CRM systems. You ensure data accuracy, maintain system integrity, support compliance requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver reliable, timely global benefits operations. 
Job Overview Employment Type: Definite term type contract 
Work Setup: Work from Home, Colombia 
5 days work week
