Benefits Supervisor

The Benefits Supervisor oversees the operations of the hospital's Benefits Section, ensuring timely and accurate processing of PhilHealth and other government or private health benefit claims. This role provides leadership to the Benefits Specialists / staff and ensures compliance with all statutory and institutional requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in PhilHealth processing in a hospital setting.
• Knowledgeable in PhilHealth regulations, case rates, and benefit claim processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and hospital information systems.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication ability.
