Benefits & Well-Being Advisor

Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager, you will participate in the development and maintenance of Solotech's benefits programs and policies for our offices in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. You will collaborate with various teams to plan and complete various projects related to employee benefits and well‑being.

Your day will look like this:

• Lead and monitor all activities related to annual employee benefit plan renewals for Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom, including financial analyses, cost projections, strategic recommendations and executive presentations.
• Participate in the development, optimization and deployment of competitive benefits programs aligned with the company's overall strategy, while ensuring their adaptation to the legal, tax and cultural realities of the different regions.
