About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at YS AUTOWORLD SDN. BHD. in Bera, Pahang. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and efficiently managing the service and repair needs of our PROTON customers.

• Greeting and assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Accurately diagnosing vehicle issues and communicating repair needs to customers
