About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warranty Processor to join our team at YS AUTOWORLD SDN. BHD., a leading PROTON dealer located in Bera, Pahang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing warranty claims and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues.

What you'll be doing

1. Accurately and thoroughly process warranty claims on behalf of customers
2. Liaise with PROTON's warranty department to obtain approvals and resolve any discrepancies
3. Maintain detailed records of all warranty-related activities and correspondence
4. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
5. Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless warranty experience for customers
6. Assist with inventory management and parts ordering as needed
