Plymouth City Councils Bereavement Service has an exciting opportunity for a Bereavement Service Officer to join us at Plymouth Crematorium at The Park.
About The Role
In this role, you will play a key part in the Bereavement Service by supporting bereaved families with advice and guidance, over the phone, by email or face to face. You will contribute to maintaining excellent service standards and ensuring that the needs of service users are met with care and professionalism.
Working in a small admin team you will work collaboratively with colleagues, ensuring that admin tasks are dealt with and within service level agreements whilst tasks remain effective and responsive to changing needs. This is a varied and engaging role, processing the paperwork for either the cremation or the burial of the deceased....
