**Your Day-to-Day**

As a Porter / Bell Attendant, you will:

+ Maintain detailed knowledge of all hotel facilities and services, including their location, operating hours, ongoing promotions, and event schedules

+ Assist guests and visitors with luggage handling, valet parking, and storage while ensuring safekeeping and following IHG procedures
