We are recruiting 3 × Construction Managers – BESS for a flagship 1.5 GW Wind Power Project with 300 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).

This is a site-based EPC delivery role, employed directly by the end client. Post-project, you will be redeployed to active projects in across MENA & APAC.

Project Overview

• Wind Capacity: 1.5 GW
• BESS: ~300 MW / 300 MWh
• Delivery Model: Full EPC
• Location: Kungrad, Uzbekistan

Role Conditions

• Single status
• Full-time. Client payroll
• 100% site-based
• 6 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction delivery of utility-scale BESS works
• Manage civil, electrical, PCS, inverter, and HV/MV interface activities
