Beverage Innovation

As a Beverage Innovation & Quality Supervisor, you'll be responsible of the following:

1. Beverage R&D & Product Development

• Development and improvement of coffee and beverage recipes (core menu, LTOs, seasonal drinks)
• Recipe standardization, costing, and SOP documentation
• Coordination with Supply Chain and Operations for scalability and availability

2. Training, Branch Openings & Refresher Programs

• Lead and oversee branch opening beverage trainings for new corporate and franchise stores
• Conduct and schedule refresher trainings for existing branches based on performance, audit results, or new product rollouts
• Implement a train-the-trainer system for beverage execution
• Creation, updating, and maintenance of beverage training materials and guides

3. Quality Assurance & Audits

• Establish and enforce beverage quality and execution standards
