BFSI Payments Support Representative – Silver City

Location: Silver City | Pasig

We are looking for a skilled professional to support a BFSI payments account. In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries related to payment transactions, account verification, and general financial service concerns. You will provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, document interactions properly, and ensure compliance with company policies and security standards. The position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year Customer Care or Customer Service experience
• B2 CEFR English proficiency
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in banking, financial services, or payments is an advantage
• Willing to work on-site in Silver City, Pasig
