B&G - B Shift Maintenance Mechanic I 2025/26

The East Irondequoit Central School District has an immediate opening for a B Shift Maintenance Mechanic I in the Buildings and Grounds Department. This position is 12-months, Monday - Friday, working 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (B Shift Differential of $.75 is applicable) with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch.

Job responsibilities are, but not limited to the following:


+ Performs a wide variety of tasks of ordinary difficulty relating to the electrical, mechanical, or construction trades.

+ Installs, maintains, repairs, replaces, and rebuilds plumbing equipment and systems including, but not limited to, faucets, toilet fixtures, and drinking fountains.
