Job Description
Summary:
The BGA Rework Operator shall have experience and skills in reworking BGA (Ball Grid Array) or similar components for PCBA, involving but not limited to the replacement or re-soldering of BGAs. The Operator shall be skilled in using the BGA and other rework equipment to perform the rework.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Perform and support BGA rework processes for production or RMA using the appropriate BGA and other PCBA rework equipment
+ Order replacement parts from stockroom using the appropriate material transfer (MT) forms as per the procedure
+ Enter rework data into MES (Manufacturing Execution System) as required
+ Perform inspection after rework using inspection equipment such as microscope or x-ray
+ Set up and support BGA rework machine operations
+ Adhere to safety regulations when performing and using rework equipment
