Shape the future of trades operations as the Regional Operations Manager at BGIS. Lead Technicians towards operational excellence and robust safety compliance.

This position is centered on managing and developing a skilled team of Technicians in regional operations. You’ll drive engagement, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with both internal and external requirements. By collaborating on process management, you will enhance efficiencies and meet service agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage regional teams of Technicians effectively
• Drive employee development and performance assessments
• Conduct safety training and monitor compliance
