Experience: 4 – 6 years preferred; exceptional fresh graduates considered 
Key Responsibilities Process Mapping — Document all operational workflows across finance, admin, student management, and HR. Identify bottlenecks and manual processes ripe for automation. 
Bank Reconciliation Automation — Evaluate, recommend, and implement AI-powered tools (e.g., Dext, Xero, QuickBooks Online AI) to automate our bank reconciliation process end-to-end.
