BI Specialist

We don’t need someone to “build reports.” We need someone who understands data as a product. Our business runs on decisions. Decisions depend on metrics. Metrics depend on well-modeled, reliable data. That’s where you come in.

You’ll help us design and own the analytical layer of our data platform, from modeling raw data into clean, trusted datasets to delivering insights that leadership actually uses.

At Ardanis, we are currently looking for a BI Developer, for a permanent role, who is comfortable working across the full BI stack: from raw data to business-facing dashboards. This role is hands-on and technical. You’ll be building data models, shaping datasets, and delivering reporting solutions that people actually use to make decisions. You should care about data quality, performance, and clean modeling, and not just making dashboards “look good”.
