Position Overview
Biathlon Saskatchewan is seeking an experienced, motivated, and innovative Provincial Head Coach to lead technical direction, training programs, club development, athlete development and broader sport development across the province. The Provincial Head Coach reports to the Co‑chairs of the Board of Directors and will work with clubs, athletes, and stakeholders to elevate biathlon performance and support long‑term athlete development.

Qualifications & Experience

• A passion for biathlon, and athlete and sport development.
• Collaborative and inclusive coaching philosophy.
• NCCP Competition Development (or equivalent) in biathlon or a related sport; Experienced Competition Introduction (Certified) applicants welcomed.
