Job Description

                    Monitor new tender opportunities (government & private) relevant to company offerings.
· Identify, download, and track tenders on e-procurement portals (IREPS, GeM, CPP, IOCL, HPCL, BPCL,, etc.).
· Study tender documents, technical specifications, and BEC/PQC requirements.
· Coordinate preparation of bid documents by gathering technical, financial, and credential inputs (certifications, registrations, past projects, etc.).
· Prepare and compile complete bid packages — BOQ, technical sheets, annexures, and pricing schedules.
· Work with technical, operations, and finance teams to finalize proposals including timelines, budgets, and cost estimates.
· Participate in pre-bid meetings and facilitate pre-qualification processes.
· Ensure timely bid submission (online/offline) and confirm receipt.
