Bid & Contract Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Bid & Contract Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end governance of bids, tenders, and customer contracts. This role will be responsible for ensuring all commercial, legal, financial, and risk aspects are aligned prior to commitment, while safeguarding business margins and ensuring contractual obligations are executable by delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full bid lifecycle for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and tenders across public and private sectors
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Pre-Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Delivery
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, pricing, margin, and risk guidelines
• Prepare bid approval documentation including commercial summaries and risk registers
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts such as MSAs, SoWs, SLAs, and project/service agreements
