Bid Coordinator – Commercial Construction & Fitout
Established national D&C fitout contractor delivering commercial projects up to $30M. Work closely with Project Managers, Sales, Estimating and Directors within a collaborative national team.

The Role

• Coordinate bids from start to finish
• Prepare tenders, EOIs, capability statements and presentations
• Manage inputs from project teams, consultants and suppliers
• Maintain bid registers and track submissions
• Ensure all documents meet brand and quality standards

About You

• 2-3+ years’ experience in bid / tender coordination
• Background in construction, fitout, property, architecture. Also open to professional services
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Experience with InDesign or similar
