Support tender and proposal preparation for Hitachi Rail’s innovative rail signalling and safety solutions in Kuala-Lumpur.

Your Role

• Support preparation of tender and proposal documents.
• Review bid requirements and develop proposal outlines, templates, and compliance matrices.
• Coordinate preparation and distribution of tender documents and bid submissions.
• Collect inputs from sales, technical, and other internal teams for proposal compilation.
• Ensure all proposal documents are properly formatted and organized.
• Review RFP/RFQ documents to understand submission requirements.
• Edit content for grammar, clarity, and effectiveness.

About You

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
