BID Coordinator / Writer

People2people is hiring for a BID Coordinator / Writer to join a well established Architectural practice based in Central London. This role would suit a creative and passionate writer with strong experience of BID work within the Architectural sector.

Please note, for this role you MUST have experience of BID writing in the Architectural industry, so please only apply if you can share examples of writing BIDs within this industry.
 
Key Responsibilities;

Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to produce and deliver high quality BID documents and proposals for award submissions, competitions and more.

Networking and developing relationships within the press

Coordination of award submissions

Identifying speaking opportunities such as lectures, judging opportunities for example.

Responsible for writing all the content for the BID documents and presentations, making sure they are of high standard at all times
