Bid Director

We are supporting a leading Real Estate Developer seeking an experienced / Chief Estimator to lead our pursuit, estimating, and bid strategy for large-scale publicly funded construction projects. The Bid Director will oversee end-to-end bid development—ensuring proposals are accurate, competitive, compliant, aligned with the company’s strategic growth into public funded projects and most importantly ….successfully awarded.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in municipal, provincial, and broader public sector procurement environments and understands the complexity, compliance, and rigour these projects demand.
