Job Description


  • Lead end-to-end public and private bidding processes across LATAM and North America

  • Analyze RFPs, RFIs and RFQs, ensuring full compliance and strong commercial positioning

  • Coordinate cross‑functional inputs from Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations and HQ teams

  • Manage bid timelines, deliverables, risks and approvals under strict deadlines

  • Act as the central point of contact between regional teams and the global bidding organization

  • Support go / no‑go decisions and bid strategy definition

  • Prepare and submit high‑quality proposals, including clarifications and presentations

  • Identify and proactively track upcoming bidding opportunities

  • Participate in on‑site bid presentations when required
