Bid Manager for Design-Build Projects

Lead large-scale bids with our Design-Build Construction team in Toronto. As a seasoned Bid Manager, you will ensure proposals are competitive and aligned with financial goals.
In this critical role, you will manage the full bid process, engaging with senior stakeholders and coordinating with design, estimating, and operations teams. Your expertise will support the development of winning strategies for various projects, focusing on Design-Build and Alternate Procurement models. You will facilitate client communications and ensure seamless transitions to project teams.
