Bid Manager

Our client from the Power & Energy industry is seeking for a Bid Manager to drive the end-to-end tender process and develop high-quality, technically compliant, and commercially competitive proposals for high / medium voltage equipment sales and associated installation, maintenance, and testing services. This role bridges the gap between the sales team and the operational units, ensuring all bids are strategically sound and delivered professionally to industrial clients, utilities, and main contractors in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Tender Management: Lead and coordinate the entire tender lifecycle, including opportunity tracking, bid/no-bid decisions, proposal development, submission, and clarification stages.
