Bid Manager

Our client is a leading firm, their business is scaling its commercial operations and looking for a hands‑on Bid Manager to drive high‑value bids.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end preparation of RFI/RFQ/RFP responses
• Translate technical infrastructure solutions into structured, competitive proposals
• Work closely with engineering, finance, legal and delivery teams to align scope, pricing and risk
• Develop cost models, pricing strategies and commercial positioning
• Coordinate suppliers and partners for technical inputs and quotations
• Manage timelines, documentation and internal approval processes
• Support contract clarifications and commercial negotiations post-submission
