Role Purpose

Own the end -to -end bid operating model so Sales and Pre -Sales leaders can execute compliant, competitive and on -time submissions at scale. The role focuses on processes, governance, tooling and enablement rather than document authorship or solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and run the global bid lifecycle and governance model
• Manage bid intake, triage and bid/no -bid processes
• Stand up bid tools, templates and automation across M365
• Enforce compliance, risk management and commercial approvals
• Maintain proposal libraries and content lifecycle controls
• Enable pricing operations aligned to ILT delivery models
• Oversee submission quality and post -bid debriefs
