About the role
The Bid Manager leads the Global Bid Management Team in achieving goals and objectives through mentoring, resource & capacity management, facilitating bid project management, and promoting team cohesion by encouraging a strong, values-based working team atmosphere.
They will work with relevant subject matter experts across the organization to write a compelling bid. The role will include the development of value proposition, strategy development, win themes and storyboarding. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and challenging deadlines. This role will be fully conversant with the competitive marketplace in recruitment. It will require strong people management and commercial skills, as well as excellent writing skills. The Bid Manager is positioned to manage the most complex bid processes within the team and lead pursuits actively with the sales leadership, taking a consultative and active leadership role.
