Bid Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor government and institutional bidding opportunities (PhilGEPS)
• Source suppliers and prepare initial costing and quotations for management review and approval
• Execute approved bids and assist in tracking them from submission to award
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, specifications, and availability
• Assist in preparing and submitting required bidding documents on time
• Communicate professionally with government offices, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Attend pre-bid meetings, bid openings, or site inspections when required and process post-award coordination

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field)
• Experience with PhilGEPS, government bidding processes, and sourcing suppliers are a plus
