Bidder (NIGHT SHIFT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Bid on projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms
• Generate leads from Discord servers, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media channels
• Write professional proposals and follow up with potential clients
• Communicate with international clients (USA / Canada market preferred)
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal technical team
• Optimize profiles and apply keyword strategies to improve visibility
• Maintain records using CRM or tracking tools
• Upsell company services where appropriate

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Intermediate (12th) or equivalent education
• Minimum 1 year experience as an Online Bidder / BDE (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of IT services pricing and project estimation
• Knowledge of proposal writing and lead generation
