Job Description

                    Prepare bidding documents 
Research invitation to bid in Phil-Geps and DPWH Website 
Filling and processing documents with third parties and government agencies 
Perform other work-related duties assigned 
Co-ordinate and produce the proposal (RFI, SQ, PQQ, ITT, RFP, etc) document 
Reviewing RFI, RFA ,preparing designing, and collating tender documentation, liaising with stakeholders, managing timelines, and maintaining a database of bid documents 
Prepare, design, edit, and format tender documents, proposals, and PQQ submissions to ensure high quality and compliance. 
Maintain organized records of all incoming enquiries, bid submissions, and related correspondence. 
Track bid status, communicate with clients for feedback, and document results to improve future proposals
