1、作为施工总承包单位的投标领导者代表组织投标工作，主要是组织技术标和述标PPT的编写（主要是外资工业项目）；会有各专业技术工程师支持，但该岗位人员也得会组织编写和讲述各专业技术部分。
Serve as the bidding leading representative for the general construction contractor to organize bidding work, primarily focusing on organizing the preparation of technical proposals and presentation PPT (mainly for foreign-funded industrial projects). Support from various professional technical engineers will be available, but the candidate must also be capable of organizing, writing, and presenting the technical content of each discipline.
2、组织并作为主要负责人主持并主讲业主组织的招标面试，答疑，澄清会议；
Organize and serve as the primary lead to host and present in tender interviews, Q&A sessions, and clarification meetings organized by the client.
3、全英语语言环境下的主持投标方的方案陈述、澄清及面试；
Host proposal presentations, clarifications, and interviews on behalf of the bidding party in a fully English-speaking environment.
