Bidding Expert

This role is part of a strategic shift in our sales approach. We plan to move away from cold calling and telemarketing and instead focus on acquiring business through freelancing platforms and warm leads generated via social media marketing. As a result, this position will replace the current two telemarketing resources.
Key Responsibilities:
· Search, analyze, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and Fiverr
· Write customized, compelling proposals and offers
· Communicate with potential clients and handle initial discussions
· Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
· Maintain and manage leads and follow-ups
· Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an Upwork/Fiverr Bidder or Business Development Executive
· Strong proposal writing and communication skills
· Good understanding of IT services and project scopes
· Ability to identify genuine and relevant job postings
