Bidding Expert

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Bidding Expert to lead and manage the bidding process for U.S. government contracts, specializing in service apartment rentals or pest control services. This role requires an in-depth understanding of government procurement processes and regulations, as well as strong analytical and strategic skills to secure contracts effectively. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in growing our government contract portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze government solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, ITBs) to identify opportunities aligned with company offerings in service apartment rentals or pest control services
• Prepare, review, and submit competitive bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other U.S. government procurement requirements
