Responsibilities

• Check and monitor bidding documents for each project
• Coordinate with different departments, consultants, and local government units (LGUs) related to bidding
• Attend the needs and concerns of other department heads regarding bidding
• Propose developments to improve and streamline the bidding process for effectiveness and efficiency
• Provide reports regarding the result of joined bidding on the same day after bid opening
• Monitor schedule of bidding projects from Pre-bid up to collection
• Monitor and supervise the completeness of all bidding files that have been won
• Monitor bidding projects to ensure all are well-coordinated and submitted on time
• Willing to travel to attend bidding and work overtime in case needed
