What is Bids Executive?

The Bids Executive is part of the Bids & Proposal Management team within Jazz Business Fulfilment. The role supports preparation and submission of competitive B2B and B2G bids, ensuring full compliance with technical, commercial, financial, and regulatory requirements—particularly under PPRA frameworks. The role reports to the Manager Bids & Proposals and works closely with Sales, Presales, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Commercial, and Technical teams.

What does Bids Executive do?

• Review and analyze RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and tender documents (especially B2G bids under PPRA rules).
• Prepare complete technical and financial proposals for GSM, Fixed, Cloud, IT, and System Integration (SI) solutions.
• Ensure compliance with PPRA regulations, bid eligibility criteria, and mandatory documentation requirements. <...
