BIG DATA SCHEDULER SPECIALIST (CONTROL-M)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily batch monitoring and operations using ControlM
• Handle job failures reruns and schedule adjustments as required
• Troubleshoot batch issues across Windows Unix AS400 and Mainframe environments
• Manage incidents through Remedy or similar ITSM tools logging tracking escalation and closure
• Coordinate with application teams infrastructure teams and business stakeholders to resolve batchrelated issues
• Review analyze and optimize batch workflows for efficiency and stability
• Support release deployments job schedule updates and environment changes
• Maintain operational documentation SOPs and knowledge base records
• Ensure adherence to SLA compliance standards and ITILbased service operations practices
• Provide oncallshift support as per operational requirements
