Responsibilities

1. Manage family communities through daily communication, announcement delivery, issue follow-up, and community atmosphere maintenance.

2. Support basic campaign planning and execution, including campaign rule communication, progress tracking, and result follow-up.

3. Track family performance data, observe family behavior and activity trends, and adjust operational plans based on data insights.

4. Collect feedback from family leaders, identify operational issues, and actively propose improvements to enhance family engagement and campaign performance.
