BII - Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Multiplex Imaging and Spatial Omics Traineeship [GRIT@Gov]

What the role is
As an Trainee at Bioinformatics Institute (BII), you will analyze multiplex tissue images, spatial transcriptomics data, and mass spectrometry data, including deriving novel biological insights from the data using AI models.
What will you be working on
The successful candidate will be part of an interdisciplinary team working on the development of new biomarkers, and metabolomics data analysis methods for cancer diagnosis and precision medicine. His/her main responsibility is to develop and apply novel AI and ML models and methods for analyzing mass spectrometry data (LC/MS), large multiplex tissue images, and spatial transcriptomic and metabolomic data collected from cancer patients.
