MyOutDesk (MOD) is seeking a Bilingual Full-Cycle Accounting Specialist to support our US-based clients. We aren't looking for hands-off analysts; we need a proactive expert who is comfortable managing the entire accounting spectrum—from high-volume data entry and AP/AR to complex bank reconciliations and payroll.
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger maintenance with total precision
Reconciliation & Accuracy: Perform daily and monthly bank, credit card, and vendor reconciliations to ensure zero discrepancies
Payroll & Taxes: Support US-based payroll processing and ensure compliance with financial standards and tax requirements
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze cash flow statements and monthly financial reports to provide clear insights to clients
