Job Description
Position Responsibilities
Build and maintain rapport with customers over phone and email.
Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.
Maintain low portfolio aging by working with customers to resolve reasons for overdue payments.
Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic professionals to minimize aging / bad debt.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Prior call center experience / bookkeeping a plus.
