We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogota, Colombia and will work the shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
During the first 3 months, the expectation will be in office 5 days a week. Post the 3-month period, the role will be Hybrid, 3 days in office.
The Insurance Process and Client Support Analyst role prepares insurance documents on industry-standard forms for our clients and is responsible for reviewing submitted documentation, consulting insurance information, and preparing and distributing the Certificates of Insurance to appropriate parties. This role is critical in supporting our risk management and client service operations by maintaining up-to-date and verified insurance records.
